King Charles waves to well-wishers in first public outing since cancer diagnosis

Prince Harry has arrived in Vancouver alongside Meghan to discuss next year’s infamous Invictus Games as King Charles returned to London yesterday to continue cancer treatment.

The Duke and Duchess flew into Vancouver from Santa Barbara after a shock relaunch of their website from Archewell to, honouring their royal roots.

Prince Harry will spend three days in Canada to join with the Invictus Games Foundation to make way for next year’s winter event.

Yesterday, King Charles was pictured smiling with the Queen by his side as he returned to to Clarence House continue his cancer treatment.

Last week the monarch revealed the diagnosis to the public after treatment for a benign enlarged prostate led to the shock discovery.

The Monarch returned from a week in Sandringham, Norfolk to continue his treatment after a brief visit from his son Prince Harry at Clarence House on Tuesday who flew in from California.

On Saturday, the King spoke about his diagnosis for the first time as he thanked people for their “many messages of support and good wishes”. He added in his statement that it was “equally heartening” to hear how sharing his diagnosis has helped to raise awareness.

Harry and Meghan touch down in Canada

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have flown into Canada as Harry is set to join talks for the launch of next year’s winter Invictus Games in Whistler, Vancouver.

The arrival comes after the couple relaunched their website from Archewell to yesterday.

The Invictus Games was launched by Prince Harry in 2014 as he was marked by his experience in Afghanistan.

The foundation aims to help wounded, injured, and sick servicemen and women find a pathway to recovery.
