Elon Musk announced that Wikipedia’s AI rival Grokipedia is now live. The Tesla boss in an X post touted “Version 1.0 will be 10X better”, even going on to claim, “even at 0.1 it’s better than Wikipedia imo.”
Notably, Elon Musk had on Monday launched an early version of Grokipedia, an online encyclopedia written by AI, only for the site to stop working soon after.
The project, which the billionaire has touted as a less biased alternative to the venerable online resource Wikipedia, was visible to the public for about an hour before it began blocking visitors.
