Comedian Eddie Kadi, 42, has touched down in Brisbane Airport ahead of his stint in the I’m A Celebrity jungle which launches on November 16.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star wore a patterned tracksuit and when asked why he was in Australia, he bizarrely told the Daily Mail, ‘I’m looking for Mowgli.
‘I’ve heard my best mate Mowgli and Timon and Pumbaa are around somewhere, so I’ve come to catch up with them, it’s been a while since I’ve seen them.’
When asked if he would miss his daughter, two, the BBC Radio presenter said: ‘Oh gosh, absolutely.
‘My little girl, I’m gonna absolutely miss her. I’ve been doing little videos for her along the way – she’s never travelled this far.’

Eddie has been busy with TV appearances, having appeared on BBC1’s Strictly Come Dancing in 2023, partnered with Karen Hauer, as well as filming for Celebrity Apprentice.
Earlier this year Eddie launched the Man Like You Podcast with Mo Gilligan who took part in the show in 2022.
Eddie has arrived in Australia after Ruby Wax, AngryGinge, Aitch, Lisa Riley, Kelly Brook and Shona McGarty.
Still to arrive are Lioness Alex Scott, Martin Kemp and Ozzy Osbourne’s son, Jack.
The survival reality show, presented by Declan Donnelly, 50, and Ant McPartlin, 49, will be back on the popular channel this coming Sunday (November 16).
