A drunk Newcastle fan had a hilarious row with his wife after watching his beloved team in the pub was captured on their doorbell camera
Taxi driver Andrew Garrett stumbled home from the pub and couldn’t get in as he was unable to find his keys.
An argument with his spouse, Anita, both 57, ensued as he wrongly claimed he had been outside for 40 minutes.
The time of the two videos showed he had only been on the doorstep for six minutes.
His wife, who had been out with him earlier in the day, eventually let him in after Andrew had been in the Halfmoon Pub at Wrekenton, Gateshead, all afternoon.
He had watched Newcastle beat Tottenham 2-1 in the Premier League which was a 12:30pm kick-off on Saturday, January 4 before heading to the pub which he left at around 10pm.
The video shows Andrew trying to get past his front door, but he sets off the parcel mode on the ring doorbell.
The taxi driver says ‘get me home, f*****g let us in’ but he causes the doorbell to go off with it projecting ‘please leave the parcel outside.’

Andrew tells it to ‘f**k off’ before he can seen stumbling about all over the porch, until his wife lets him in.
Business development manager Anita asks her husband ‘where’s your key?’.
Andrew complains he’s spent ‘forty minutes outside here’ with the pair continuing to quarrel whilst entering the house.
Val Gibson, 52, the landlady of the pub, said: ‘Basically Andrew and Anita had been out from 11.30am before going to watch the Newcastle United match.
‘After a long day of drinking Anita decided to head home at around 10 pm.
‘Andrew, who Anita has since named Alky Capone, rocks up two hours later and the video shows the rest.
‘There is a part one of this video where he is all happy until he realises he can’t get into his house.’
