Jack Osbourne revealed some crazy stories about his late father Ozzy on Wednesday night’s episode of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
Ozzy passed away in July of this year at the age of 76 and was known for his wild and headline-making antics during his impressive music career.
While in the Jungle Jack spoke about some of the memories he had of his father’s antics – including when he once bit the head off a dove to get publicity for a new album.
He said: ‘In like a three year period, he got fired, did his own solo thing.
‘He released two albums, bit the head off a dove, bit the head off a bat, pi**ed on the Alamo and sadly Randy Rhoads the guitar player died in a plane crash all in three years and he had two top ten albums and just like, blew up. It was kind of a wild time…’
Speaking about him biting the head off a dove, Jack explained: ‘The record label wasn’t going to put any marketing behind the record, they didn’t give a f***’

He went on to tell the camp how Sharon got him to do a meet and greet with the marketing executives, where they gave him doves wanting him to release them from his jacket as a sign of peace.
However, Jack explained Ozzy was drunk and so ‘He sits on the lap of this exec from CBS records and this dove lands on her knee, he grabs the dove, bites its head off and spits it on her.
‘It was pandemonium, and before they’d got to the hotel it got everywhere and instantly his album charted.’
Sat around the camp fire, Ruby then told Aitch he looked a little bit like a young Boy George.
As Ruby quizzed him on whether he knew The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix too, Jack also revealed to camp: ‘My grandfather [Don Arden] turned down the management of The Beatles. He was a big record exec and his big thing was he brought all the Black musicians from America to England, like Little Richard…’
He explained he wouldn’t manage The Beatles because he only managed Black artists.
The dove biting incident is thought to have happened back in 1981.
According to the BBC, Ozzy had been drinking brandy all morning, and he later told rock biographer Mick Wall that a PR woman at the meeting had been seriously annoying him.

AngryGinge was left speechless when he heard the stories about Ozzy in camp on Wednesday’s episode

He said of a crazy period in Ozzy’s life: ‘He released two albums, bit the head off a dove, bit the head off a bat, pi**ed on the Alamo…’
Mick’s book called Black Sabbath: Symptoms of the Universe recalls how Ozzy ‘pulled out one of these doves and bit its head off just to shut her up’.
‘Then I did it again with the next dove – spitting the head out on the table’.
In addition, arguably one of the most famous and crazed celebrity moments ever was when Ozzy also bit the head off a bat live on stage.
The metal star became synonymous with the flying animal after the unexpected moment at the Des Moines Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Iowa in January 1982.
A concertgoer bizarrely hurled the bat on stage with Ozzy then picking it up and ripping into it with his teeth.
It comes after Jack opened up about his sobriety during Tuesday night’s episode as he admitted he was just 17 years old when he went to rehab.
As the campmates settle into jungle life, talk turned to the iconic reality TV show The Osbournes as Jack revealed what it was like filming the juggernaut.
The star, 35, then revealed he had to seek help for his substance and alcohol abuse at just 17, but he has never relapsed again.
As Ruby asked: ‘Yeah being watched how did that affect you?’ Jack admitted: ‘Yeah it was really odd.
‘It was not a lot of structure and too much abundance and freedom.
‘You know when you give a kid, a 16-year-old a*****e a ton of money and not a lot of rules, in LA, you’re kind of just like “let’s go play”.
‘And yeah I got sober when I was 17.’
Ruby asked: ‘What were you doing?’ as he added: ‘A lot of pills, lot of alcohol, a lot of weed.’
Jack then explained he went to a adolescent treatment centre in California but after his stint there he never relapsed.
Jack has previously been open about his struggles after he began experimenting with drugs and alcohol at an early age in an effort to combat his depression.

In 2003, he was admitted to a child psychiatric ward after developing an addiction to OxyContin, which he eventually overcame.
His substance abuse only grew worse after his mother was diagnosed with colon cancer, and he attempted to take his own life after receiving the news.
After going through several years of recovery, the reality television star eventually found himself in a good place and has maintained his sobriety ever since.
Jack previously spoke about how he came to learn how staying clean is a continual process after a lengthy period of time in an interview with Variety in 2021.
