After several inches of snow hit Tennessee on Jan. 10 causing over 90 counties in Tennessee to close their schools; several schools will remain closed or experience delays on Monday, Jan. 13 due to icy road conditions.
The National Weather Service warned early Sunday that roadways would contain black ice and fog in some areas in the early morning hours.
Black ice and fog can cause hazardous traveling conditions, especially on bridges or overpasses. Caution is still advised for those traveling on roadways where snow may have melted and then frozen over.
Here’s which school districts are closed or delayed on Monday, Jan. 13.

Annoor Academy of Knoxville: A 1-hour delay on Monday, January 13. That means doors will open at 8:40 a.m. and class will begin at 9 a.m. according to Annorr Academy’s Facebook Post.
Roane State Community College Campuses: All campuses will delay opening until 10 a.m. local time on Monday, January 13.
Seymour Community Christian School: A one-hour delay for Monday, January 13.
Tate’s School: A one hour delay tomorrow, Monday, January 13.
Wee Care Learning Center: A 2 hour delay (8:00 a.m.) tomorrow, January 13.
