US Could Target Allies' Chip Plants in China: WSJ


The US may revoke waivers for companies that ship American chip-making equipment to their factories in China, according to the Wall Street Journal. South Korea’s Samsung and SK Hynix and Taiwan Semiconductor all produce a lot of chips for the American market in China. Bloomberg’s Michael Shepard reports.
