Victoria Beckham has revealed what she really thought about the viral Rolls Royce moment in her husband David’s Netflix documentary.
The series released in 2023 saw David, 50, and Victoria, 51 give an intimate insight into their marriage and early romance, their family life, as well as charting David’s footballing career.
One particular moment went viral after its release – when Victoria said she was from a ‘working class’ family before David popped his head around the corner and pointed out that her father in fact used to drive her to school in a Rolls-Royce.
The hilarious scene spawned a host of memes and became a talking point from the successful series.
And in a new interview with The Times this Sunday, Victoria opened up about how she felt about the reaction to it and the documentary in general.
She told the publication: ‘If I’m being completely honest, I didn’t love me in that documentary…’

However she said she changed her mind when the Rolls Royce moment went viral – which she insists was a completely candid and unrehearsed moment.
She said: ‘He was meant to have left for work but was watching the monitor in another room.
‘I was surprised by how positive the feedback was with what I brought to it. David’s documentary made me realise how good it feels to be wrong. I like being wrong. I was wrong, and bring it on. I love that.’
David said in a sweet interview earlier this year that Victoria was the ‘star’ of his Netflix series.
In the famous segment, while talking about growing up, Victoria said: ‘We both come from families that work very hard we’re very working class’.
Hearing the interview from another room David then poked his head round the corner and chipped in: ‘Be honest!’ before an agitated Victoria replied: ‘I am being honest!’
David then asked her: ‘What car did your dad drive you to school in?’
She then started to answer saying: ‘So my dad did…’ before her interrupted her saying: ‘It just needs one answer!’
Posh then retorted that it ‘wasn’t a simple answer’ before he asked her again what car it was.
She then said: ‘It depends but yes in the 80s my dad had a Rolls Royce!’ – before David retorted ‘thank you’ and then left.

It comes after David posted a gushing tribute to wife Victoria following her Paris Fashion Week show on Friday night as the family sat united in the front row without Brooklyn.
The clan turned out for mum Victoria’s big show in the French capital, which was attended by star-studded guests.
At the end of the show, Victoria beamed as she was greeted with applause from the gathered VIPs including her youngest child Harper, 14.
Her children all posted tributes on social media – apart from eldest son Brooklyn, 26, who was noticeably absent from the event.
Brooklyn has not been pictured with his family since December last year, with sources previously telling how he is ‘no longer on speaking terms’ with his parents and siblings.
David took to Instagram where he paid tribute to his wife, penning: ‘To say we are proud of you is an understatement, to see you bring this all together once again in the most elegant, professional, technically perfect and militant way is just incredible and you & your team need to realize it’s special…
‘It’s special because the team that you have love and adore you because you treat them the right way and that’s called leadership… Congratulations once again you are amazing plus you had Knight Rider as the opener WOW @victoriabeckham.’
Bursting with pride, Victoria also took to her socials where she shared a snap of her family sitting in the front row.
The sweet capture showed David sat beside former Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, with his daughter Harper sat on the other side beside her brothers Romeo and Cruz, who brought his girlfriend Jackie Apostel.
Victoria simply said: ‘I love you all so much… I couldn’t do it without you! xx’
In his own social media tribute, Cruz, 20, posted a snap from the show where he said: ‘So proud of you mum.’
Romeo also shared a snap of himself posing with Harper, as he tagged Victoria while writing: ‘Soooooo good @victoriabeckham.’
Whilst the rest of the Beckham siblings all supported their mother publicly, Brooklyn chose to support himself.

In snaps taken on Friday, he decided to publicly promote his own business, Cloud 23, instead.
Victoria had pulled her proud husband David in for a passionate kiss at the end of her show, as she boasted a big smile.
It was a break from tradition for the designer, who typically holds a stern look whilst in public.
Victoria wore an oversized grey baggy suit for the evening, with a white low-cut top underneath.
