Westman, a 22-year-old, died at the scene from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was armed with a rifle, a shotgun, and a handgun, and authorities believe he fired all three weapons during the attack.
A video allegedly posted by Westman on YouTube hours before the attack surfaced on X, showing an individual flipping through what appears to be a manifesto. The document reportedly includes schematic gun diagrams and diary entries written in both English and Russian.
